In Muslona (2018), her first single, turned into a reggaeton anthem for the acceptance of all bodies, Beauty Brain sampled the clash of her own thighs. Then came the dembow of No Depilada with Bejo or the afrohouse of Ocupada with Bryte, with a video recorded in Ghana with local artists that claims the inspiration that the rhythms of West Africa have in her work.

Her first mixtape Peligro de Extinción (2020), produced mostly by GuiltyBeatz, is seven songs that fuse Afro and Caribbean genres that include the collaboration Flecha with the Ghanien trapper Kofi Mole and Dansalina with Pappy Koko.

Her collaboration Kanzo with the Ghanien artist Sister Deborah is also released.

During 2021 she continues to release singles such as the dembow Kitty Fat, the afro-beat Chilli Pepper with the singer Ghanien Twitch 4EVA, Independent Gyal, Lapoli with Bejo or Warrindonga produced by Kabasaki.

In 2023 she publishes Piligrossa, a story-album with interludes between songs in the best tradition of theatre pit orchestras.

When you listen to the entire album in order, it is a story dedicated to our inner child that talks about getting lost and finding yourself, about embarking on a path to self-knowledge, honesty, empowerment and empathy.

Produced between Ghana, the UK and Spain and has international collaborations such as Denise Ronsenthal or Busiswa and Rossy de Palma and Antonia San Juan in the interludes. On a musical level, the album fuses Afro and Caribbean rhythms such as dembow, kuduro, Afropop, dancehall, reggaeton or Afrohouse with more electronic rhythms.

At the end of 2021, she founded Bompa Party, the first Afro-Caribbean party in Madrid, which has featured, among other guests, the presence of the Nigerian singer Mr Eazi. She started with a monthly residency at Sala Caracol and collaborations with Fuego / Razzmataz. Bompa Party is currently held at Café Berlín and will soon begin a residency at Casa Independente (Lisbon).

Lapili has also performed at festivals and clubs such as Rico Club (Mexico), Bendito Vice (Bogotá), Festival Afro Mupa (Portugal), Sargaale (Paris), BomBom at Joy Eslava, Guacamayo Tropical or A Fuegote in Madrid or Atic Razzmataz (Barcelona).
